Deposits & Balance
A non refundable deposit of USD100 per person is required within 48 hours of the confirmation of your booking.. The balance is due 60 days prior to departure. Failure to pay in full by the due date may result in the automatic cancellation of your booking. If you are booking 40 - 59 days prior to departure, full payment is required within 48 hours of confirmation of your booking. If you are booking within 30 days prior to departure, full payment is due immediately.
Cancellation & Refunds
Cancellation must be received in writing and will be subject to the following cancellation fees applied per person, per arrangement: More than 60 days before departure - deposit. 40-59 days before departure - 10% of tour cost . 20 -39 days before departure – 30% of tour cost . Less than 19 days before departure - 100%.
Validity
This information is valid at the time of publication but is subject to change. Please be sure to confirm the details of your requirements at the time of booking.
Documents
Travel documents will be issued after final payment has been received and are normally sent two or three weeks prior to departure. These documents will be sent via email.

 

Responsibilities
All possible care is taken to ensure suppliers maintain high standards. However, as we do not control the airlines, car operators or hotels we cannot be responsible in any way for problems resulting from the booking, howsoever arising, unless it is direct result of negligence on our part or the part of our employees.
We cannot accept responsibility for any aspects of your holiday arrangements affected by matters over which we have no control, including without limitation, war or threat of war, riots, civil strife, terrorist activity, natural disaster, weather conditions, fire, flood, drought, industrial disputes or government action, or reasonable apprehension of the foregoing cancellation, curtailment or rescheduling of flights
