Eating

Christie's Restaurant ( 824 040 - 112 D Tran Phu) This 2nd-storey bar-restaurant has an international menu, including authentic Japanese and Vietnamese food, big burgers and steaks as well as pizza and pasta to round off the picture.
Apsara Restaurant (561409 - 222 D Tran Phu)The latest in opulent dining in Danang, it is set in a grand villa, the garden complete with a replica Cham temple. The extensive seafood menu is popular for power-dining at lunch.
Hana Kim Dinh Restaurant (830 024; 15 D Bach Dang) A Japanese joint ven¬ture, this is a riverside restaurant-bar with an extensive menu of Asian and Western cuisine. Cool cocktail menu and refreshmp outdoor area above the river
Kim Do Restaurant (821 846; 174 D Tran Phu)
This huge Chinese restaurant has a faithful following among the northern neighbors who have settled in Danang.
Minh Quang Restaurant (1A D Hai Phong) Near the Can Dai Temple, this is s popular daytime place- serving filling and tasty bowls of mi quang (yellow- noodle soup with salad greens).
Com Chay Chua Tinh Hoi (500 D Ong Ich Khiem) Legendary amonig locals for the best vegetarian food in town, it just inside the entrance gate to the Plap Lam Pagoda. There are more veggie places in the streets outside the papgoda
Other central places to chow down:

Mien Trung (9 D Bach Dang) Vietnamese, Chinese and Western dishes served up in a great location on the river.

Phi Lu Restaurant ( 823 772 ¬ 225 D Nguyen Chi Thanh) A lad of atmosphere aside, it dishes up excellent Chinese food.

Drinking
Cool Spot Bar (below Christie's Restaurant, 112 C Tran Phu) The main gathering point for Danang's small gang of expats. Narrow and dark, n is the easiest place to strike up a conversation in town, but isn't oozing atmosphere.
Tra Cung Dinh (35 6 Tran Phu) Try Danang 's very own jazz cafe for something a little more sophisticated. No alcohol available, but the shakes, teas and coffees more than make up for it.
Camel Club (D Ly Thuong Kiet) This is where Danang's beautiful people hang out, some because they' re working here, others so they can flash then cash. Pricey drinks from 30,000d and up plus heavy beats.
